Same for me too. Has anyone tried uninstalling the most recent update? I can't imagine we're all having the same problem after the same update unless it's something to do with the update itself.
Touchpad cursor does not display after windows 11 update
Last night I updated windows 11 to version 23H2. Since then I my touchpad cursor is gone. I have tried disabling and reenabling through the device manager. Also checking for driver updates. I’ve tried all the function keys and have toggled touchpad settings in within Settings. Also have rolled back the updates and reinstalling. Restarting the laptop after each step. Nothing works.

Welcome to the Microsoft community.
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing touchpad cursor issues after updating to Windows 11 version 23H2. It's frustrating to have an update cause unexpected issues. Let's go through a comprehensive troubleshooting process to try and resolve this issue. Please follow the steps below and check if the issue has been resolved after each step:
- Use the hardware troubleshooter
Windows has a built-in troubleshooter that can sometimes fix hardware problems automatically.
Open Settings > System > Troubleshooting > Other Troubleshooters.
Run the Keyboard Troubleshooter (may be helpful as it is closely related to touchpad functionality).
- Try restarting the computer after uninstalling the driver.
Open Device Manager and expand Mice and Other Pointing Devices.
Right-click on the touchpad device (which may be listed as a HID-compatible mouse or similar device) and select Uninstall Device.
Once uninstalled, click Actions on the menu bar, and then select Scan for Hardware Changes to reinstall the driver.
- Checking for Universal Input Device Problems
In Device Manager, look under Human Interface Devices. Any device listed as a Universal Input Device could be your touchpad. Make sure they are all enabled and updated.
- Update BIOS and Chipset Drivers
Sometimes the problem may not be with the touchpad driver, but with the system's BIOS or chipset driver.
Visit your laptop manufacturer's support site, find your model number, and download the latest BIOS and chipset drivers.
- Try a system restore
If the problem occurred immediately after the update, a system restore may help.
Search for "create restore point" in the Windows search box and open it.
Go to the System Protection tab, click System Restore, and then follow the prompts to select a restore point from before the update.
- Check for Windows updates
Although the problem occurs after an update, sometimes subsequent updates fix problems from previous updates.
Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for available updates.
- Create a new user profile
A corrupted user profile may cause problems with device functionality.
Try creating a new user account through Settings > Accounts > Family and Other Users. Log into the new account and check that the touchpad works in it.
