Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard to open the run command prompt.

Type regedit in the run text box and hit the Enter key on the keyboard. (Press the Yes button if the dialog box prompts)

Navigate to the below path on the left pane of the registry editor.

    Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > RunMRU.

You can find a series of registry keys named a, b, c, d……You need to delete these registry keys one by one. Do not delete the (Default) registry key which may affect the normal operation of the Run program.

Exit the registry. Restart your computer to fully apply the changes.

I hope this will help you to sort out the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Gopal
