    Hello. this is Emily.

This is typically a display driver issue.

Go to Device Manager > Display Adapter, make sure nothing is disabled there. If so, right click to enable it.

If that still doesn't work, go to the computer's manufacturer website, lcoate the model of yours, download and install the display adapter driver.

If you need help finding driver, please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.

    Hi everyone,

I've been dealing with this issue for several months now, and despite trying many solutions I found online, nothing seemed to work.

Eventually, I realized that my laptop was likely defaulting to the Nvidia GPU for all tasks. For the greyed-out brightness slider, it turns out I needed the laptop to use the integrated GPU instead.

After opening the Nvidia Control Panel and setting the GPU usage to "Automatic," the problem was resolved.

I hope this helps someone else!

    Michael

Bro today I woke up and my whole keyboard stopped working

I did every single tutorial on YouTube to fix it but nothing works

I updated my keyboard driver and uninstalled it and installed it again but nothing

I troubleshooted it and downloaded the driver update from the manufacturer website and nothing

I even reset my computer twice but it's not working

    This really sucks

I have the same problem and I did everything possible

I updated the driver and made sure it's enabled. I rolled it back to the previous version and I downloaded the driver from my manufacturer website but the problem is still unsolved
