Hi need help reading this dump and check what causes the error.

031824-5015-01.dmp

Error happened after changing CPU(New) because the old CPU causes WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and can't even boot to desktop/reinstall OS with the CPU because it kept having Blue Screen.Did change the CPU blue screens gone and can use my pc without having BSOD but 2 days later PC freezes and sometimes goes blackscreen right after the motherboard logo.

So did research what might cause it and they said that it might be the PSU, did say that the PSU is 2yrs old and dusty and makes loud fan noise when underload. So bought new one, seems fine for days but now the PC randomly restarts and i've already tried reseating RAM and CPU, repasting the CPU. Still nothing, noticed that it has the same pattern on event viewer right before the PC restart/freezes.

    Hello Sunraku_2222.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you have some issues on your computer.

Based on the DUMP file, the error code may be related to a driver or similar issue, specifically a MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION.

This problem often occurs when there is a conflict caused by new hardware being installed on the system. T

he problematic driver appears to be related to Intel, which could be due to the CPU replacement.

I suggest referring to Intel’s support articles to see if they can help solve this issue.

Did you reinstall the system after installing your new CPU? If not, you can try an In-Place Upgrade to see if it can fix the problem

In-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications.

That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes.

If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides:

    1. How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community

If that doesn't work, you may need to consider reinstalling the system to ensure that the issue is not caused by the operating system.

Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more. After that, you can find instructions

on how to install Windows 10/11 in the following article by MVP Andre:

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
