Compaq cq58 laptop, I installing windows 10 and it says amedia driver needed on your computer is missing what should I do to fix that problem but it is AMD E-1200

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    You cannot instal Intel RST on an AMD Processor, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website and install the version of AMD Chipset drivers they recommend.

    Thank you for the image, I understand now.

    At the very start of the Installation Process, press Shift + F10, or Shift + Fn + F10 to open Command Prompt

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    diskpart

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    list disk

    (Make note of the disk number you want to convert and enter it into the next command - replace X)

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    select disk X

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    clean

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    convert gpt

    Then close Command Prompt

    Then restart the installation to see if it finds the target drive.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem but after doing the convert gpt on my selected disk, the problem is still there. I have a MSI B550 pro-vdh wifi, a ryzen 5 5600, a amd rx 7800 xt. I tried everything if found useful but I still don't have media pilotes...

    Can you help me ?

    Yes my problem have been fixed i had just change the usb stick if use it and try to delete all partititions
