I don't know why I'm blocked on commenting on Microsoft news articles. I don't remember saying anything going against their guidelines, but then I look at comments on their articles every day from other people that would appear to go against their community guidelines. I pay for Microsoft services to use on my home computer, but yet I'm not allowed to have an opinion their articles. I never bullied or harassed anyone just stated an opinion on different articles, so I find it dishearting that I and some other people I know have said they were blocked or banned as well saying we went against the guidelines. There are people posting everyday going against the community guidelines but only a select group gets banned. So only a chosen group get an opinion when most of us are all adults discussing issues why does the commenting has to be one sided.

If you have not seen a message about your profile being blocked, the moderation bot is blocking your individual comments. Try re-writing the comment then reposting. There is no way of knowing what word(s) the bot is objecting to. You will have to guess.
Sorry, you aren't communicating with MSN here. No one here can tell you why a comment was blocked.
Here's the relevant part of my canned response on moderation. Please see, in particular, points 4, 5 & 6.
4. Moderation is a dysfunctional mess. It's being done via AI, via a bot, not humans and is
random and inexplicable.
5. If a comment you tried to post was banned, you can appeal that from the Feedback link
at the bottom of nearly every MSN page. This may or may not be acted on and you may
or may not receive a reply. There used to be a more direct method, but that's been removed.
6. You can also submit feedback to MSN through Edge.
Again... You may or may not receive a reply.
