Hello everyone,

I am new here and to the Microsoft Administration world as my experience and speciality is in network engineering. Where I work we are using a third party imaging software and just updated our microsoft office to 365 with access to Azure. I wanted to utilize everything I have access too so I have been long handing the HASH process to import the .csv into autopilot. Where I feel I am missing a document is if there is a connection between AutoPilot and InTune. Is there a better way to get devices into Intune for management it just feels wrong what I am doing right now.

Currently:
Installing another connector on my AD server 2019 for Intune to import the devices from AD ( not completed as I am not sure what impact it will have on my current users be deligating control f the AD to Azure Intune connector )
Have tried adding it to Azure from individual laptops through accounts does not show up in intune
Have manually pulled the HASH info and imported .csv to AutoPilot.

What am I doing wrong ?

The devices need to be reset to retrieve the Autopilot profile. Before you do anything else, you may find an overview of Autopilot and Intune helpful so you can see how Autopilot works and the enrollment into. These training videos are helpful "S01E02 - Setting up Windows Autopilot with Microsoft Intune - (I.T)" Intune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KN4tfKQqtVs
