If you replace the hard drive on a 2nd hand device, there are no longer any Windows 7 downloads from Microsoft and those downloads were not for OEM licenses anyway.

You would have to find someone with the exact same Windows 7 Edition Retail Licence, borrow it, install it using the product key on the 2nd hand device you have just bought etc.

Consider looking for a used Windows 7 computer. Laptops are a bad idea because they are likely near failing. If you can find someone who has a desktop model that has a legitimate licence, AND you replace the hard drive, you can probably do this.

    There aren't any.

Windows 7 is an unsupported operating system and computer manufacturers no longer build computers that are compatible for Windows 7 for that reason.

Microsoft and the computer manufacturers have moved on to more complex hardware and operating systems.

.If you have a Windows 7 Retail operating system and License that is not installed elsewhere, you could consider installing a Virtual Machine in a newer machine.
