If you already have Windows 10 Pro now, the upgrade should be smooth, as long as your Windows 10 pro is the latest version, and your computer meets the hardware requirement, you can use the installation assistant to upgrade. It is in-place upgrade, meaning your data and apps won't be affected. https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
If you don't like what you see in Windows 11, just keep in mind you have 10 days since upgrade to roll back to Windows 10. To roll back, go to Settings > System> Recovery to find the option to go back to Windows 10
