    Hi Jane,

    Please try this.

    • In the Programs and Features window, from the Tools menu (Alt + T), click Folder Options.
    • Click "View" and click "Reset Folders".
    • Click Yes when you see the following prompt.

    Do you want to reset all folders of this type to the default view settings?

    ***************

    If that doesn't help, try UninstallView as an alternative.
