Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

When did this issue start? What application were you using when the error popped up? (OneDrive app, File Explorer?)

Error code 0x800701AA usually occurs while accessing, downloading, copying, or opening shared files in OneDrive. Please try to reset the OneDrive and see if that helps

Press the Windows key and R to open the Run dialog box.

Copy this and paste it into the dialog window, then press OK.

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead, then press OK.

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

If you see a "Windows cannot find..." message, copy and paste this instead, then press OK.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

Restart the computer and then check if the issue persists.

I hope this will help you to sort out the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Gopal
