How to restore files deleted by Ctrl+Z

I copied files from my phone to the PC. I created a folder on the desktop and started copying them gradually. Each time I copied a certain portion, I immediately deleted it from the mobile. At one point, I wanted to restore some deleted files from the phone using the Ctrl+Z shortcut. I had the phone window open, but the shortcut responded to the desktop. I didn't notice this and pressed the shortcut multiple times. This action deleted the folder with copied documents from the phone. I tried to recover the data using several applications, but none of them can find the files. Is there anything that can be done, or have I lost the files?

Hello,maroš hlavačka

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

Understand that you have mistakenly used Ctrl+Z shortcut to delete the desired folder, since the folder body has been deleted and the folder deleted using Crtl+Z does not go to the Recycle Bin, it is not possible to recover the mistakenly deleted files, but these data are still saved in the system. If you want to reply these files, please suspend the use of this computer and don't perform any operation, which requires professional equipment and offline support, please contact a professional data recovery company, so that they can assist you to retrieve these data.

Wish you all the best!

Best Regards,
