Roblox is crashing as soon as i am opening it

So like as soon as i am opening the game the app just closes without any error, i have tried both the player as well as the Microsoft store version, there is a difference the Roblox player needs to closed from the task manger before we close it from the task manger we can hear all the sound and games works but we cannot play it, it just disappears. for the Microsoft version it closes completely. here is my system : Windows 11 Home Insider Preview Single Language Evaluation copy. Build 25982.rs_prerelease.231020-1353"

Hi Aarav,

Please try clearing Roblox cache and check if it works. To do so, press Windows + R to open Run dialog box. In the searchbar, type %localappdata% and click OK. Look for Roblox folder and delete the contents of it. Clearing the cache folder of any application doesn't affect its performance or your data. Restart your computer then verify the result. Let me know the outcome.

    same. I also updated and my Roblox still didn't work. It opens for like 3 or four seconds and then closes. HELPPPPP!!!!!!!!

    Please try clearing Roblox cache and check if it works.

    I did that and roblox still crashed instantly upon startup, I also tried disk cleanup to clear the thumbnails as other forums have stated but it still wont start normally.
