    Thanks for the update.

    1. Try to download and install the keyboard driver directly from the HP support website. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-elitebo...
    2. If the problem persists, try pressing the Scroll Lock key once, then check if the keys are working.
    3. If the problem continues, I recommend performing Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade, which will update your device to the latest version and resolve any problems without removing any files.

    Detailed steps here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. If none of the steps worked, it could be a PC feature with the specific make and model that needs to be enabled or possibly a problem with the hardware. In this case, I suggest connecting with HP support for further testing.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. Have you installed any new software or updates recently?

If you use an external keyboard does it work?

    1. Press Windows + R, type "control" and hit Enter.

Click "Ease of Access" > "Change how your keyboard works".

    Uncheck "Turn on Mouse Keys".

    Uncheck "Turn on Sticky keys".

    Uncheck "Turn on Toggle Keys".

Uncheck the "Turn on Filter keys"

click apply then ok. If the issue persists, proceed with the next steps.

    1. Reinstall the Keyboard driver

    Right-click the Start Menu

    Choose Device Manager

    Expand the Keyboard section

    Right-click your Keyboard driver

    Hit uninstall

    Restart your PC then check.

    Thank you.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for your suggestions.

I have completed all of your last guideline but it does not working. Regarding the external keyboard, yes it works. And I did not install new software and no updates as well.

    Looking forward hearing from you.

    Thank you.
