Hi,
This is what I meant when I increase the text size and scale to 150%. The text in the dialogue boxes remain miniscule while the text in other parts becomes big. I am using a Windows 11 64 bit system. How do I solve this problem?
Thank you.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
This problem is caused by having a high resolution screen, the font settings in Windows will only affect new applications, it will not affect the old 32bit dialogs and system utilities and many of those will also not be affected if you increase the scaling ion your screen
Right click your Desktop and select Display Settings, then select the custom scaling setting and add 10% to the current scale factor, then log out and back into Windows to see if that is any better.
Microsoft are slowly but surely upgrading all those old dialogs and utilities, so hopefully they will all then look correct in Windows 11 on high definition screens.

Hi Sarah, this is Bryll
Thank you for taking the time to write us in the Microsoft Community.
The default font size of the Outlook interface is intended to meet the needs of users in general but good thing there is another way around it. To make the text in Outlook easier to read, you can increase the font size if it appears too small. These are the nearest tactics that correspond with the described problem:
Right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings."
Under "Scale and layout," adjust the slider to increase the size of text, apps, and other items.
You can also click on "Advanced scaling settings" to further customize the size of text and other items.
If you require additional assistance, please provide more information about the issue by sharing a screenshot of the dialog box or pop-up window that you are referring to. You can post the screenshot in a reply here. This will help us better understand the problem and provide you with more accurate solutions.
We hope that you will find our shared information helpful.
Best regards,

if all else fails, the built in magnifier is the best bet forward.
Hope that works for you.
If that is not the case, please kindly attach a screen-shot of the issue so we could work towards resolving it.
