Why is Amazon Alexa not available for download in the US Microsoft Store?? The only way to even get to the app page is to search for it in a browser first, but then when you tell it to open it in the Microsoft Store, there is no way to download it...??

This app has been removed in March 2023. The link you found online is cached link. Alexa app on Windows computer requires the support of Cortana, as Microsoft is going to discontinue Cortana, I believe that is what led to the decision of discontinuing the Alexa app. Sorry.. I know it is not great news..

Thats not an answer, thats another excuse for Windows and Microsoft being lame. The question is still open, please answer it. How can one install an app to control Alexa on Windows 11. No one cares about the fact that Microsoft and Google can't get along.

It's too bad it's such a nerfed version. Can't put groups on start page, no video, no routines... You can do Reminders and Lists, and that's about it. Oh, and Music of course, because Amazon really wants that subscription money! In other words, nothing useful. Was really hoping for a better interface for creating routines. I don't really like programming on a phone.
