This indicates that the drivers are not made to work with Windows 11.
Unfortunately, Silicon Labs is the only one that can fix it. You will need to wait for them to release a new version of the driver compatible with Windows 11.

This is terrible . I can't work on my ESP 32 project just because Windows 11 can't recognize the drivers. I tried reinstalling the CP2102 drivers several times yet it shows code 10. I bought another ESP 32 thinking it might be the boards issue. But still it doesn't work. Hate to say this but because of windows 11 i am unable to do my final year main project. This is terrible.

The device manufacturers are responsible for providing the drivers.
If your device driver is not working properly on Windows 11, you need to contact the device manufacturer support and check with them if there is a new version of the driver for Windows 11 or if you need to install any additional software for the device to work properly.

Thank you for replying. The drivers are installed from web. I emailed them my issue. I saw similar issue faced by other people on silicon labs forum, but no solution. Now i am restoring my system hoping that might help.
