Hello, Triston Russell.
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Based on the description, it seems like your touchpad might be damaged.
For physical damage, I recommend contacting a professional for disassembly and repair.
Additionally, I have some suggestions that might serve as a temporary solution (to prevent the touchpad from interfering with computer use).
In Windows Settings -> Bluetooth & other devices -> Touchpad,
you can turn off the touchpad or uncheck the option to keep the touchpad on when a mouse is connected (this option might be hidden next to the switch).
Moreover, laptops usually have a shortcut key to disable the touchpad, you might want to try that.
If there are any updates, please feel free to reply.
Best regards.
