All sign-in options grayed out

Hi,

I'm not exactly sure when this happened, but I believe it was after I converted from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and now all the sign in options are grayed out. I figured I can change the ping if I just Win+L and then do forget password to change the pin, but I cannot set any other, I have a fingerprint reader/ sensor that came with my laptop and worked back then, now it doesn't work.

Hello, I am a Microsoft user like you, try to help you solve this problem together!

If I understand normal, it may be that the security option of win11 is checked

    1 Open Settings (Win+I)

2 Click/tap on Accounts on the left side, and click/tap on Sign-in options on the right side. Open Sign-in options settings

3 Turn Off For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device.

Hope the above advice helps you! If not resolved, please click "Reply" to feed back relevant information and pictures
