I don't know where this RDP file came from...

I don't know where the "Default.rdp" file marked in the below screenshot came from. What is it please, and can I delete it safely?

    Default.rdp is created when you open the Remote Desktop Connection program (mstsc.exe). The file can be deleted.

    (Note: Remote Desktop users can customize the RDP file per this documentation.)
