INSANE lag spikes and stutters in fortnite!!!

I've been playing fortnite for a while now and everything has been going great, but suddenly my PC gets random fps drops and The Ping spikes from 25-500 for no reason, I've tried factory resetting my PC, Updating Drivers, and changing power plans but nothing seems to work ill send you a photo of some of the in game lag spikes, whenever i emote the game also lags and stutters.![](https://answers-afd.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpg)![](https://answers-afd.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpg)

    did you ever fix this i just went and got my pc fixed and fortnite is still soooo bad

    Hello Ivan! I would also follow this post, since the game randomly lags for me too, but this is the only one, I deleted the game about half a year ago because of the fact that there will be an update, but that's not the problem, since then I've upgraded my machine, i9 -13900KS, RTX 4090 2x32gb RAM 5200mhz, but these lags appear on any graphics settings, all other games run perfectly, any part of call of duty, tarkov too, I can start anything, it runs perfectly, but this rubbish game cracks the image for 1ms , the fps immediately drops to 1 when this shouldn't happen, my internet is 10mbps and this couldn't be the problem because as I wrote, other online games run fine

    Access Epic Games in the library tab click on brand options Disable Streaming from Comestico.

    Wait to download, Remembering your laptop does not have a dedicated gpu I recommend playing in performance mode going to bios to increase internal video memory.

    1. Press Win + I to open the Settings menu.
    2. Go to System > Display.

    In the Related settings list, click Graphics.

    1. Click Change Default Graphics Settings.

    At the top of the page, turn off the toggle for hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
