You can check whether the memory is corrupted. Or if possible, you can replace your current memory with another one and see how it works. If the PC works fine, the problem should be in the memory. Otherwise, you need to check other parts of the hardware. If there is no problem with the system, I recommend you check whether the hardware works properly.

If repairing the system doesn't help, the problem might be in the hardware and there is a big chance that the memory is corrupted. Access Violation means that the programs cannot use the memory correctly (the programs access the wrong parts of the memory that they should not use). Also, the wrong hardware configuration might cause this problem. You could consider taking the PC back to the shop and have a check on the hardware. Some parts of the hardware might be corrupted or incompatible with other parts of the hardware.

Hello, I am Mite, an independent advisor and a user like you, here to offer help.

The PC's system might be corrupted. You can repair it and see how it goes. There are two methods:

    • Use sfc to repair the system:

Search for "Command Prompt" in the search bar, then right-click it and select "Run as administrator". After opening the command prompt, enter the following command:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

The command above can help you download the necessary files for repair. Then, enter:

    sfc /scannow

This command scans for corrupted system files. You might need to wait a little bit longer at a certain stage (around 69%). This is normal. Please wait patiently for the scan to complete.

    • Use Windows installation iso file to repair the system:

Download the Windows installation iso file first. Then, decompress the iso file. Open the folder from the decompressed files. You should see a setup.exe file. Open it. Follow the instructions to install Windows. There should be an option allowing you to keep your personal files and apps. That option is for repairing Windows, though it is very similar to reinstalling Windows, but it is not. However, I still recommend you to backup important files.

Here are the links to download Windows installation iso files:
