Before you spend the time with a repair install, download Win10_update_regfix.zip

Unzip and double click on Win10_update_regfix.reg and allow it to merge with the registry, then restart the computer.

    Hi, Hamza,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

As you already tried several troubleshooting and none of them have fixed the problem, you can use the Media Creation Tool to perform the repair upgrade. This procedure will repair all Windows files, apps, services, and registry keys.

    1-Download the media creation tool.

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

2-Run the tool and select 'Upgrade this pc now'

3-Select the option 'Keep all my files and apps'

    4-Then click to update.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions or the problem persists, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.

This procedure will not affect your data or installed apps, you just need to make sure to select the option "Keep all my files and apps".
