Method 1: Check for Windows update and Optional updates
- Open settings by pressing windows key + I
- Select Update and security
- It will automatically check for available updates, if not, click the Check for updates button, click also the View optional updates.
- Download and install available updates including optional updates, restart your computer if necessary and check if the issue still persist.
Method 2: Manually Update Driver
- Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
- Locate the drivers that are mark with yellow exclamation mark
- Right-click each of them (one driver at a time) and select Update driver
- Select Search automatically for drivers
- Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.
Method 3: Go to your manufacturer's website
- Open run-box by pressing windows key + R, type msinfo32 and hit enter.
- Look for your System Model and System Manufacturer, take note of them.
- Go to your manufacturer's website and search for your PCI drivers using the information that you noted.
- Download and install the drivers, restart your computer and check if the issue still persists.
