Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

I understand that you're experiencing a sound issue on your Windows. The sound suddenly stops working after a certain period of time. Does the sound issue occur only when using specific applications or does it happen across all applications?

Have you tried updating the audio drivers on your computer? If not, please try to update the driver by below

Press the Windows key + X, and select Device Manager.

In the Device Manager window, expand the category Sound, video, and Game Controllers.

Right-click on the audio device and select Update driver.

Choose the option to automatically search for updated drivers online.

Also, disable Audio Enhancements and see if that helps

Right-click on the speaker icon in your taskbar and select "Sounds".

Go to the "Playback" tab and right-click on your default device.

Select "Properties" and then the "Enhancements" tab.

Check the box next to "Disable all enhancements" and click "Apply" followed by "OK".

If the issue persists, please try to reinstall the audio driver

Press the Windows key + X, and select Device Manager.

In the Device Manager window, expand the category Sound, video, and Game Controllers.

Select and hold (or right-click) the listing for your sound card or audio device, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.

    Restart the computer.

I hope this will help you to sort out the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Gopal
