I have already tried that, even reduced it to 70% it does nothing, i could see no changes in cpu temps.
About Processor Performance Boost.
So i enabled PPB from a the Registry Editor because i was facing high temps while playing God Of War on ultra. I was touch 100 degrees on its default setting which was "aggressive" on both battery and plugged in. After disabling it i now get 60-75 degrees which is pretty good, the performance drop is not that much, probably because its a GPU bound game. On the other hand i also play Valorant, which, being a CPU bound game causes much fps drop, from 300 to directly 150! But if i apply the normal i.e. default setting on the PPB which is "aggressive" i get around 70 degrees and the fps are very good. What i wanted to ask is:
Is this safe? like, if change these PPB settings game to game?
Temperature difference is only notable when the PPB is completely disabled while playing GOW, for Valorant i want to know which setting is best if the above question qualifies safe.
I will very much appreciate responses!

2024-03-03T13:41:58+00:00 Dave,
If i go back to the default settings my cpu will eventually hit 100 degrees while gaming and it is will slowly degrade the hardware. What is the solution to this?

If you have those settings available in Windows, then it is usually safe to use them, it is the PC manufacturer that would have enabled that option on your PC, so your processor and motherboard is compatible with those settings.
What processor and motherboard do you have on your PC?
