Virus Notifications On Google Chrome

I kept receiving VIRUS notification from a site "rqstz.titaniumveinshaper.com" and it says i have to buy a plan to make a scan and for remove the viruses,,,I opened any website which show redirect like something and ask for allow and i mistakenly allowed it and after that I started to have these notification but when I did a quick scan in my windows and even did a Full scan by find answers from Microsoft forums but it didn't show any viruses....However,I want to know is my pc really have any viruses? Can someone elaborate that is my pc have virus or not?And if it has what should i do? Please help me about it..

    You allowed a notification from a website that is sending a fake virus notification. Remove the notification permission for this site to stop these notifications.

    Open Google Chrome > Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > find the site "rqstz.titaniumveinshaper.com" on the list and select it > On "Notifications", select "Block" on the dropdown menu.
