I see. Try the following then:

    • Press Windows key + R and type services.msc in the search field and press enter.
    • In the Services listed, make sure the Print Spooler service is Stopped.
    • In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder below, and open the PRINTERS.
        C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS

    • Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder until it is empty, and then close Windows Explorer.
Note: DO NOT DELETE the PRINTERS folder itself. Only delete its contents.

    • Open Services window again and start Spooler service
    • Double-click on Remote Procedure Call (RPC), start the service and then set it to Automatic.

Hi Indranil, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

I would suggest creating a restore point first as a backup

Once a backup is created, you may try this option to restore it to default and see if it helps

Hi, I have the same issue and I have tried all of the suggested solutions but none of them have solved the problem.

Is there another service that can be causing the issue? I also have run the scan and fix tool.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

    Thanks

    Carla
