Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

CSM Support does usually need to be disabled to enable Secure Boot, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, check if there is any BIOS update available that may be available and not yet installed.

If you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker.

Go into BIOS, on the Security tab, find the option to restore TPM to Factory keys and apply that, then check if you can enable Secure Boot.

If you still cannot enable Secure Boot, you will need to contact the support for your motherboard on the Gigabyte website.
