    Hello Sakiko,

I ran the Driver Verifier and here it the link for the results. I sure hope you can help me identify the driver that is causing my random reboots of the laptop.

    https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1DTDlkCgGE1uV2lOucVht6XvaJW3NRUHF?usp=drive_link Thank you

The information you have provided indicates a problem with the system kernel, usually caused by a driver, which we need to verify further. Please first create a restore point for your system, then please refer to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw... to validate the driver. In the third step select "Automatically select all drivers installed on this computer", wait for a couple of new blue screens and then collect 2-3 copies of the dump file and share the new dump file with me.
If the computer has any automatic overclocking features enabled (including XMP, PBO, etc.) or manual overclocking, please restore the defaults first.

Driver verification puts heavy pressure on the drivers in your system to troubleshoot drivers that are in poor condition or misbehaving. It is normal for your computer to run slowly after driver validation is turned on. The computer will also crash more frequently and generate dump files during this process.
If your system fails to boot after driver verification is turned on, restore the state via a restore point.

    Hello Sakiko & AnalogKnight

Update: Sunday 03/17/2024 Microsoft technician & I did a clean install of Windows 11. Over the last 3 days, we have done a different Windows Repair and Win11 install. Yesterday was a CLEAZN install of Windows 11. The only driver I updated after the install was my AMD graphics deriver from AMD's website. I also did 2 BIOS updates (incrementally) prior to the Win11 Install. See timeline below.

So now what? The hardware seems fine from the HP diagnostics, We Did a Clean install Of Win11. What is PERFLIB Application? (See 3rd Pic below).

    • Wednesday 3/13/24 - Ran HP Diagnostics Tool testing all hardware. All passed.
    • Thursday 3/14/24 - Troubleshooting & Repair of Win11 with MS Technician - Continued Random restarts & BSOD
    • Friday 3/15/24 - - Custom install WIn11 with MS Technician - Continued Random restarts & BSOD

    Hello AnalogKnight,

Thank you for responding. Here is the link to the Dump File.

Today, I updated my AMD Graphics Driver. From June 2023 to January 2024. My Laptop still randomly rebooted.

The HP site shows that there is a BIOS Update available Version F.12 Rev. A Release Date: Nov. 22, 2023.

My current is BIOS Version is F.10 Date: March 7, 2023 I did NOT do the BIOS update.

My Avast software shows that apparently with my AMD updates today, It installed an AMD UMDF Sensor with version 1.0.0.336 from March 6, 2023 and there is an update available Version 1.1.0.11 Date of June 26, 2023 that is available. I have not updated that either.

Microsoft is due to call me tomorrow between 11:0- 1:30 PST California.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello, I'm here to help.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to a cloud drive such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and share the link here, I will help you analyze it.

Disclaimer: The dump file may contain some information about you, such as system environment, software used, etc. This is a public community and can be viewed by anyone, so please remove the share as soon as possible after I answer. Please do not provide the file named "MEORY.DMP", which contains almost all information about your system at runtime.
