cant update system drivers through DELL support assist

every time i try to update my drivers especially important one's from anywhere it just doesn't work out for me and when i discovered DELL support assist could possibly fix this it doesn't and give me Unable to connect to the internet. Check your connection and try again error i have a good connection speed and i have the connect directly option on i tried everything please help.

Installed RAM: 8.00 GB

    Hello, this is Emily.

    Upon reviewing the drivers for this model, I am afraid the issue is because there's no newer drivers available for this model for some time. Here is the official support website for your model: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product...

    This model started out from the XP era, and it does have some Windows 10 drivers, but those are drivers focusing on supporting the early versions of Windows 10. For example, the wifi driver didn't get new one since 2015/2016. If your computer is still working in some way now, it is a stretch, and most likely Windows has putt you on generic driver instead because manunfacturer drivers are too old.

    I am afraid there's not much you can do in this case. It is an older machine without driver support from Dell anymore. Sorry.
