I have found the issue to my problem, Steam. I have checked all my programs for the cause and I found that Steam was causing the issue. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed? I would really like to continue using steam and reinstall it but if my computer isn’t gonna work with it then I’ll have to find another solution. Thank you.
