I agree. Phone Link is the WORST APP EVER INVENTED. IT CONTINUALLY DISCONNECTS AND TAKES ABOUT 5 HOURS OF FRUSTRATION TO RECONNECT, IF AT ALL. PLEASE GOD GIVE US AN APP THAT SIMPLY CONNECTS WITHOUT ALL THE BS

Really? Microsoft won't see this comment? Really? No one at Microsoft bothers to read comments and/or questions posted to the Microsoft Community? Really? I guess that just solidifies my opinion of Microsoft user support... less than zero. BTW, I completely agree with the original poster's comment. Phone Link is nearly unusable, not least because it loses connection to the phone plus requires that the use be logged into Microsoft to use it. That's utterly unacceptable and makes it unusable. Try Intel's "Unison". Not perfect, but much, much more user-friendly and functional!

It keeps asking to connect to my phone... when it is ALREADY CONNECTED! Notice top left versus far right. Yes, I confirmed it is ACTUALLY CONNECTED, it is, but phone link does NOT know it is already connected. Come Microsoft, this is EVEN A LOW POINT FOR YOU. Do you test anything anymore before you push out to the users? DO YOU?

OMG this is the worst program i have ever used. when it works it is fine. (rarely) i have spent approx 10 hours attempting to move photos from my phone. i have double checked everything when it doesn't work. i have researched on the internet to find out what i am doing wrong. guess what it is your dumb progem

Terrible app. Keeps making my s24 constantly beeping, connecting, disconnecting, connecting, disconnecting - what an absolute pile of ****

I agree. The fact that this is a Microsoft product is wild. The settings are horrible the audio output is horrible. Unable to customize output and input settings. I mean, a basic function... The sound quality is horrible on the headset, I've tried 3 headsets and the audio is perfect for other apps. Such a simple setting that whoever designed this app thought it was a good idea to leave out.
