i have a problem when downloading i get unarc -11 error my pc has no such unarc.dll or isdone.dll

formated disc c and downloaded windows again it didnt fix i runned sfc /scannow it says no integrity violation but i always get this error and i tried regsvr32 unar.dll and regsvr32 isdone.dll it says module not found pls help me find how to fix this. windows 10 pro version 22h2

    Hi ,

    OK, initially uninstall all Visual packages

    Then use Revo Uninstaller portable to completely uninstall all visual c++ version.

    Install the Package, extract and run (admin) install-All.bat

    Open the on command prompt (admin) run command: sfc /scannow , wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

    What program are you trying to install that is giving error?

    Remembering that you downloaded the dlls, placed them in the system32 and syswow64 folders and registered them at the on command prompt.

    This error may be related to a RAM failure.

    i couldnt register them it didnt work so changing rams can bring back unarc.dll and isdone.dll?

    also i didnt have the unarc and isdone files since the start so how to make them able to be registered since i downloaded them from internet
