Get rid of a 3 dots folder ( E:/... )

A folder appears at the root of my HD that if I click on it goes back to the root of the HD ( E:\ ), how do I delete it?

if I click on delete it will apparently delete the entire HD

i used this code and worked:

rmdir /Q /S \?\e:...
