Weird Squares all around Windows 10

Hello,
I have windows version 20H2
I am getting weird squares between the time in the taskbar,
Also, I have these squares when I try to mute my speakers,
This also shows up in item check boxes and in the music player buttons.
I had tried to change the font using registry editor, but when these squares appeared, I changed them to the default font i.e. Segoe but stiil these squares appear.
These squares when i try to play any audio on windows
Please Help me out.

    For better assistance, please include a screenshot illustrating this issue.

    Also, run SFC /SCANNOW command in administrative Command Prompt and see if that helps.

    Hi,
    Firstly, I suggest that you could check for update. Check if there are some security updates need to be installed.
    Then open cmd window,run as admin. Type the command below:
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    Then download and re-install the video and sound card drivers from the manufacturer's official website
    Also you could try to create a new user account to log on. Check if the weired squares will be disappeared.
