I thought I found the problem, but I did not.

  1. Even though I had 'Automatically launch BlueMail on Windows Startup' set to 'Disabled' in BlueMail's Settings2. & I did not have BlueMail listed under the 'Startup' tab in the Windows System Configuration3. & BlueMail was not listed under any 'Run' commands in the Windows RegistryWhen BlueMail was updated on March 22nd to Version 1.140.25, Build 16143, Windows automatically added BlueMail under the Windows Registry Key: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run1. I removed BlueMail from the Windows Registry Key above on March 30th2. BlueMail is still set to 'Disabled' in BlueMail's 'Automatically launch BlueMail on Windows Startup'3. BlueMail is still not listed under the 'Startup' tab in the Windows System ConfigurationBut once I started the computer today, BlueMail automatically started & is again listed under the Windows Registry Key:Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunI'm not sure why there is a Windows code set to replace what USERS delete from our computers, but I would like some help w/stopping this problem.

I have this problem. I managed to temporarily fix it by changing the auto launch drop down to minimize, then reboot. Then enable, then reboot. Then disabled then reboot - no Blue Mail starting.

But if you then open BM manually then close it, then reboot, the app opens automatically again, even though the auto launch is still set to disabled.

    Needs an update me thinks.

Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

This is not a Windows problem. Please contact Bluemail support. https://bluemail.me/help/

    Hi,

You can use Microsoft Autoruns tool to see the programs which are getting started with the system and disable accordingly.

    Here is the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

Let us know if you face any challenges with the tool.

    Thanks,

    Anil Mohan
