Sure thing. I'll be happy to assist you.

    1. To perform System Restore, please press Windows key +R and type rstrui.exe then hit enter. Please select the restore point where you remember that the camera is working fine and hit Next. Then Finish.

Note: System Restore will not delete your personal files, but it will uninstall apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was created.

    1. If the issue persists, you may manually download the camera driver from the link below:

    https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/lap...

Select and download the Camera Driver (Sunplus, Realtek, Sonix) for Windows 11 (64-bit) -ideapad 3-14ITL05, ideapad 3-15ITL05

    And please install the driver.

Please let me know how it goes. I'm just here.

    Thank you,

    Christine

Thank you for that information. Kindly try to uninstall the driver and restart your device. In case the issue persists after that. Please try to perform a system restore.

If the issue persists, please try to manually reinstall the Camera driver from Lenovo website. You may use the link below:

    Hi 29AlexZhu,

I'm Christine, an Independent Advisor. I can see here that your built in camera is not working on your Lenovo laptop. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

Please check and follow the steps below:

    1.Update Windows

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/upd...

    1. Update or Reinstall the Camera driver

Please press the Windows key + X

    Then click Device manager

    Kindly expand the Camera option

Right click driver and choose "Update Driver"

    Select "Search automatically for drivers"

If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead

and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    Choose the older version.

If it will still the same, please uninstall the driver and restart your device.

    1. If the issue persists, please try to perform System Restore

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use...

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,
