Hi Nguyen,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.
It sounds like you're having trouble connecting to a specific WiFi network despite seeing its SSID and other information in the network properties. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
- Forget the Wi-Fi network and try connecting to it again. To do this, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi, select the Wi-Fi network you're having trouble with, and then select Forget.
- Update WiFi drivers (for computers): Make sure your computer's WiFi drivers are up to date. You can usually do this through the device manager or by visiting the manufacturer's website.
- If none of the above steps work, try resetting your network settings. To do this, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset, and then select Reset now.
- Contact your ISP or network administrator: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a problem with your Internet service provider (ISP) or network configuration. Contact them for further assistance.
I hope this helps. If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Your Sincerely
