System loading takes too much time.

Hello community.
My Windows needs like 2 minutes to boot.
This started a few days ago. I used a backup, and I installed the latest updates but this didn't affect the boot time.
It looks like: I press the power button on the PC case - I see BIOS things (press f11) my USB devices lights up - I see Win logo with load animation - my devices lights shuts down and I see black screen for a minute or two (sometimes with auto reboot) - devices lights up and I see the login screen.
After logging in the system operates great. No freezes, no BSODs, high FPS in games. The only issue is during the boot process.
Also, sometimes autolaunch works not ok with the boot. For example, sometimes I need to launch programs like steam, upword, discord manually but they should starts automatically.

    Thank you.

Please do the following and let me know if it helps.

To turn off fast startup in Windows, follow these steps:

    Open the Control Panel.

    Go to "Power Options."

Click on "Choose what the power buttons do" from the left panel.

Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable."

Scroll down to find "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" under the "Shutdown settings" section.

Uncheck the box next to it.

Click on "Save changes" to apply the settings.

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

    Hello Sumit,
    Thanks for your answer!

Unfortunatelly, this issue persist in a clean boot state.

BTW, noticed that the reboot works good. It takes seconds to reboot the PC.

Wow, thank you Sumit, works perfect! 30 secs!
Unbelievable... this is so weird... you need to turn of fast startup to have a fast startup. LOL
Actually, I never touched the fast startup before, so I can't get how it effected on the boot speed by itself.

    Hi Artem,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

The issue is very broad - it might take a while to track the root. Let us start with a clean boot.

Does the issue persist in a clean boot state?

Type “msconfig” (without quotes) and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, select the Services tab.

Check the box next to “Hide all Microsoft services”. Ensure you do it carefully, and not disable all Microsoft services.

    Click on “Disable all”.

Select the Startup tab and click on “Open Task Manager”.

In the Task Manager window, select each startup item and click on “Disable”.

Close Task Manager and click on OK in the System Configuration window.

    Restart your computer.
