Setup Was Unable To Create the Directory

Hi, dear Customer Support,
I've been facing a problem for the last 2 days while trying to install my software " Gemvision Matrix". As I'm running the installation program it says, " Setup was unable to create the directory," and the address is,

"C:\Users\Corei9\OneDrive??".

It also gives an error underneath the above lines and that is:

Error 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I've watched many tutorials and searched on the AI search engine, but nothing works. I've done everything regarding the error 123, but I'm unable to understand the first paragraph regarding the address it gives, is it an issue with my OneDrive or something else.
Please help me resolve this issue.

    Access the above directory in a folder and make sure it already exists, in addition, make sure there are no spaces in the path and that it cannot contain special characters, as shown below

    Hi, i purchased a new laptop and tried to install matrix program but same error occurs. Have you resolved the problem?
