I cannot access the virus & threat protection section of Windows Defender and get a popup that says my IT Administrator has limited access. I'm on a personal laptop, so it can't be an IT administration issue. I could access it before. But unable to access it after resetting and reinstalling my windows 11.
I've tried everything in this article: Hi all. As the title says, I cannot access the virus & threat protection section of Windows Defender and get a popup that says my IT Administrator has limited access. I'm on a personal laptop, so obviously it isn't an IT administration issue. After doing research, I'm pretty confident that the issue has to do with me previously installing Trend Micro antivirus and that conflicting with Windows Defender somehow.

I have found various locations in the registry editor but none of them contains "AllowUserUIAccess".
