The serial number is a unique identifier for your computer, but it is not really used for tracking device. If you have lost your computer or it has been stolen, you should contact the local law enforcement agency and report the incident. Additionally, you can use Microsoft's Find My Device feature to locate your lost or stolen Windows 10 device, provided that you have enabled the feature on your device before it was lost or stolen. If it wasn't enabled prior, or the device has been wiped out due to clean install, then there's unfortunately no way to track it. Sorry.
