How can I recover hidden files lost during extending my C drive?

I was extending my C drives space and I followed a youtube tutorial. I shrinked my D drive and extracted 30 GB space from it and created a new volume E. Then I Ctrl+C : Ctrl+V 'ed (Copied) my contents in D Drive to newly created volume. Now I formated the D drive after that I extended my C drive space. But, the problem is I had a hidden folder within my D drive that contained all my passwords and really important data, and i seem to have not copied that file into E drive. What should I do? Is there any chance of recovering that folder and data within it?

There is a chance 3rd party recovery tools may help

Download Recuva | Recover deleted files, free! (ccleaner.com)

    or

EaseUS Free Data Recovery Software for PC [2024 Updated] - EaseUS

    or

data recovery software - Google Search

Other than that a professional recovery company.
