    Hi Emily

look the adapter works fine also the VGA cable i've tried them with my another laptop which's also windows 11 installed and they worked

at first i thought that windows 11 doesn't support VGA now i really have no idea.

Can you please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.

Can you please confirm - are you saying when you use the same adapter,, cable and monitor with another Windows 11 computer, they work then?

    Hello, this is Emily.

If you connect straight HDMI to HDMI and it works, then there's no problem with the graphics card or port, or computer. The issue can be on the adapter, or the VGA cable, or the monitor itself. I would suggest that you try the same adapter/VGA cable with a different monitor if possible to help narrow down the issue.
