AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics Properties 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)'

I have a problem with my gaming laptop for the past month and it is related to the graphics driver. I am currently using an external monitor so that I can use this machine as I have problems with its monitor.

I checked the Device Manager and I see that the graphics for my laptop is not working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and sometimes it works but after a few shutdowns, it goes back again. I think that it is related to the hardware now. I found some short-term solutions like resetting power cycles.

pls help :<

I tried uninstalling the driver using DDU. After that, my machine keeps restarting which leads me to a pc reset. After the reset, the graphics driver works now. I will be updating if there is still problems in the future. There is one thing that I noticed, when I adjust my laptop screen, somehow my screen freezes.

    Thank you for that information.

Completely remove the current AMD graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your AMD graphics on the AMD website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.

Then wait to see if your graphics are stable.
