Oh, okay then. Thanks for telling me! I'll try to get some outside help online.
How do I open my old Windows Phone? Its locked for a year.
So I recently found an old Windows Phone (dont know what model since this was my brother's) and to my surprise, it turned on! It was locked for 6 days so I decided to wait. I took out the battery as a joke, and when it turned back on, it was now locked for 365 days (a whole year). What do I do? I don't want to reset all the data, so I want some recommendations on how to open it. Thanks!
Edit: I found the model number! Its a Nokia Windows Phone (Lumia) Model: 521 Type: RM-917
Side note: there is somehow still a SIM card in there idk if this helps but maybe you could use this information.
Side note 2: I unfortunately cannot provide a screenshot but the phone IS locked for 513307 minutes (approximately a year)

We don't work for Microsoft.
And the Phone Forums (Mobile Devices) that used to be here closed a few years ago; as those phones are unsupported.
So there is no help available here.
