Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

I understand that your laptop is stuck on the restart screen after updating the

Windows. Please try the following steps and see if that helps

Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

Press the power button again to turn on your device.

On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

Press the power button again to turn on your device.

When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.

Press the power button again to turn on your device.

Allow your device to fully restart. You will enter the winRE.

Upon the third startup, Windows will enter the Advanced Startup environment. You'll find various recovery options, including Uninstall updates.

Navigate to "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" and select "Uninstall updates"

If the issue persists please try the following,

    In the WinRE window,

Troubleshoot -> Advanced options ->Startup Repair

Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> System Restore

Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Reset the computer

I hope this will help you to sort out the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Gopal

    Hello, thanks for the answer

I followed your steps, I uninstalled updates and then launched it

And saw the restarting screen again

I also tried to make startup repair and it said it was unable to repair my computer

It says that this is the error

    windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt

I cant make system restore because i have no saved restored points

If I reset computer is there a possibility that my files can be damaged?

    Thanks for your help

    Appreciating your efforts!

A reset cannot damage your files while resetting it shows you the two options

    1. Keep my files and data on the computer
    2. Delete everything on the computer

You can choose the first option to keep your files.

The best way would be - trying to check if there is any issue with booting the system

There are tools such startup repair which you can use and then maybe get to know what's the real reason behind this happening.

If nothing works then you might have reinstall windows os
