i have been having troubles with my pc self build (specs are at the bottom) for awhile and don't have a clue on what to do next. for context i have had this pc for multiple years and this problem all started around 1,5 - 2 years ago where my pc was dealocking randomly and didn't restart or anything until held down the powerbutton. i didn't use my pc that much at that time so i just lived with it. but just a few month ago i have gotten really into gaming and such so i needed my pc to run smoothly. after i fukd up my whole windows key due to the pc deadlocking while i was resetting my pc as a possible solution. i decided to just replace it all. i ended up replacing everything except my GPU. so i sat there with an almost new pc and a brand new windows key and everything worked for about 3 weeks before the crashing started again. so i looked into some solutions (LISTED BELOW)

solutions i have tried (NOT IN ORDER!!)

RUNNING ALL DISM COMMANDS AND SFC /SCANNOW

RUNNING MEMTEST86 (no error's)

RUNNING MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC

UPDATING ALL DRIVERS

UPDATING WINDOWS

REMOVEING AND REINSTALLING DISPLAY DRIVERS (i don't know how to explain this but worked sometimes?)

KEPPINGG AN EYE ON COMPONANTS TEMPATURE AND VOLTAGE (all how they should be)

LOKKING AT MINIDUMP'S FOR CLUES (i am not familiar with minidumps and i don't know how to read them so didnt get much)

RUNNING MALWARE TEST

REMOWING EVERYTHING FROM STARTUP IN SERVICES (NON WINDOWS APPLICATIONS ONLY!!)

CLEANING UP PC

these test's and solutions seem to have fixed some of the earlier problems since now my pc only crashes in certain situations and when it crashes it just goes straight to bluescreen.

SITUATIONS WHERE MY PC CRASHES THE MOST CURRENTLY

RAINBOW SIX SEIGE ( i can get about 30 - 45 minutes of playtime before the bluescreen)

TERRARIA ( doesn't crash in menu but does crash after 2-5 minutes of playtime and this is the only game that still deadlocks instead of going bluescreen)

CURRENT EVENT ID's RANKED FROM MOST COMMEN TO LEAST (mostly from crashes whilst playing rainbow six siege)

EVNET ID 7023 (every crash except a few)

EVENT ID 7024 (basically every second crash)

EVENT ID 1001 (around every 3rd-4th crash)

LINK TO MINIDUMP BUGCHECK OF MOST RECENT CRASH FILE (text document). reply if you want some of the older minidump files https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/yec2zirox4bvjcambwjqq/md.txt?rlkey=5r1edbkxurvl2pxobncttgij3&dl=0

if anyone knows what might be wrong with my pc please help me out i'm going insane over here. and thanks in advance

    Hi, Bjorn Hoffgaard

    You can upgrade to 12400f + H610

with the 4060 graphics card you want to upgrade.

RAM sticks are recommended for your dual 8G (2*8G)

not well. my pc still crashes when i play some games specifically rainbow six siege.

i havn't tried the clean install yet but i'm thinking of upgrading some parts yet again, im thinking a 4060 and a better CPU that fits with my motherboard. do you think this would help my problems and if so what kind of CPU do you think i should upgrade to?

    Hi, Bjorn Hoffgaard

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Is your CPU model number Intel(R) CPU 0000? This is the ES version of the CPU, which is a beta version, and is generally unstable. And according to your motherboard's model number, the supported pin type (1151), I can judge that your CPU should be the ES version of the 6th or 7th generation Inter Core.

We suggest you save your important files and try to reinstall your system via USB flash drive image recovery. Or replace your CPU.

Disclaimer: You will be reinstalling your system, which will delete your files or applications. If there is important data on your computer, we recommend backing it up in advance.

Image Recovery: This requires you to prepare a USB flash drive, USB flash drive to download the Windows 10 iso image file, use this installation media to reinstall Windows 10 Specific operation methods refer to this link Reinstall Windows - Microsoft Support

If it still doesn't work, it is recommended that you replace the CPU with a non-ES version.

    Looking forward to your reply.
