Trouble with installing WSL

Hello! When I try to install WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) on my laptop, everything goes smoothly until I have to restart the laptop. Initially, the update progresses well, reaching approximately 97%. However, at that point, an error message appears: ‘Something unexpected happened. Don’t worry - undo changes. Do not turn off the computer.’ Despite encountering this issue, I attempted to reinstall WSL about four times. Strangely, each time it indicated that Ubuntu was already installed. Additionally, subsequent downloads took only 15-30 seconds, whereas the initial installation process took 10-15 minutes.

I’m facing a similar problem with the Virtual Machine Platform, which can be found in the ‘Turn Windows features on or off’ settings.

Despite searching for answers online, I haven’t been able to find a solution. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

A network driver installation could not be completed due to a missing module. A repair installation using the ISO should help.
